Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a lifelong condition that often begins in childhood and persists into teenage years and adulthood. Individuals with ADHD may experience a range of symptoms that impact daily life.
Research indicates that individuals with ADHD are at a higher risk of developing mental health issues. Anxiety, depression, conduct disorder (characterized by persistent antisocial or defiant behavior), substance abuse, and sleep problems are commonly associated with ADHD.
Since 2010, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with ADHD, providing a safe and effective environment for them to manage their symptoms.
As of November 2023, I am excited to offer ADHD diagnosis services alongside a team of dedicated professionals.
If you or someone you know is struggling with ADHD symptoms, please reach out to explore how we can assist you on your journey towards better management and understanding.
Individuals Therapy
Are you feeling down and cannot put your finger on the reason?
Are you not sure where on what to do next or where to go to?
Are you overwhelmed but don't want to burden your partner, friends and family?
Do you want to give yourself some tools to carry on?
Speaking with a professional, away from your close support network can be a gift that you give yourself, focusing on your own well being, because YOU matter too.
Children Therapy
If your child had a physical injury that can develop into an infection, you would not think twice and make sure that they have the best intervention to prevent further escalation in your child's health.
Mental health issues can escalate very quickly and early intervention can prevent reaching a crisis point.
As parents we cannot solve everything, but we can make sure that our children access help in support of their well being.
Therapy at the point of issue presentation can be life saving and is always life changing.
